Angry Owl Running exists because running brings us joy and we aim to share this joy with others. We know that some events are more enjoyable than others, and we aim to create events that you will want to come back to year after year.

We focus our attention of small events in our hometown of Salem, Oregon. Our events are no-frills, people-first, low-cost races where everybody leaves with some new friends.

In 2020 we began making our own race caps for participants and this has turned into making hats for others in the running community as well.
